  • Hi!..I have a problem opening my RAMOS X10F mini pad. The name Ramos only appears on my screen. I tried to long press the power button, nothing happens.

  • I'm from the Philippines and I was able to buy X10 just last December for my kids and they've been using the tablet since then but not until this March when the tablet doesn't switch on anymore even with a 10 count press on the power button. Prior to this, there got already a trouble with the screen after a few minutes of using the tablet, lines just appear and only comes back to normal state after being reset. But this didn't work anymore and now the tablet is totally dead. I tried turning it on but a light will appear on the screen just for a second and dies. Is there a hope that this will still be repaired? and if so, where can I have this be repaired here in the Philippines? Or should I just accept my fate and have immense regrets on dwelling into something not worth the investment? Any help from Ramos shall greatly be appreciated, thanks much...

  • I can't open my x10 minipad, i tried to long press the power button, nothing happens. Earlier, i can open my tab-using it for surfing etc.., then after minutes of not using it with autolock function, i cant open the unit. Been trying to charge the unit that it may drained but after an hour charging, the icon of battery notifies if its charging doesnt appear. Now we totally dont know how to troubleshoot this. Kindly message us the instruction how to troubleshoot. Btw, Im from Philippines, i purchase the unit on Electronics Boutique last Sept 2013. Hoping for your immediate response. Thanks

  • Every time I try to open the camera on Ramos i9 it says can't open, and I am getting a msg to upgrade software, but when I click OK, it says it can't do it. What should I do? Thnx
