  • I bought ramos w21 last year, touch screen is not functioning well. you need to press it hard so you can access apps. what should i do. thanks

  • I have purchased a Ramos w21 quad core IPS tablet, I'm using it for 1 month from now but I encountered problems on chracters in games is moving too fast like a vibrator my eyes are irritated. What solution can u give me. I already backup and reset but nothing happens to solve the problem. Thanks..

  • I allready own a w28. Very good tablet for the money and awsome screen.
    Unfortunately I've cracked the touch screen.
    I would like to know if there are spare parts available (digitizer)

  • Hello,
    as I said before, my tablet was bricked after a failure during update. I managed to erase the NANDs memories and prepared to receive the factory firmware to restart/recovery it. Could you confirm internet link that I could download this firmware? Thanks!

  • Could you provide a link for the 4.1.1 ROM? I'd like to downgrade from 4.2.2.
    
    Or an ugrade to 4.3 would be great. If 4.3 is available could you post the link?
