  • I just got my Ramos W28 and there is no US to EU Charger Plug Adapter (schuco type). I was very happy to see when I connect it to the PC that it is charging and it was fully charged from 0 to 100% for several hours.
    I’m going to order the US to EU adapter for the original charger, but meanwhile can I charge it with 5V -> 2A charger trough micro USB port, I have such charger left from other tablet?
    If the answer is “No” should I use the PC to charge the tablet regardless of slow charging or it is not recommended for the battery?

  • How many hours does it play video files?
    Does it have HDMI output?
    Is it rechardable via mini usb jack?

  • I have a W28 with Android 4.1.1, and the tablet always faltering and restarting when use it to playing games.
    What can i do?

  • Friend, thank you for your reply. As I said, I did it and my Ramos stopped working (do not turn on). It is bricked. Do you know any other way to recovery it? Thanks.

    Please connect your wall charge and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds as soft reset,maybe you need update the firmware.
