  • Any chance you can upload the stock (or an upgraded) firmware for Ramos K6 on your site? I want to reinstall the firmware as i deleted the stock launcher but cant find it anywhere to download. Thanks.

  • I have had my Ramos i10 Pro for two months. Two weeks ago when I turn on the unit it immediately boots into Windows. It used to have both the windows and android logos appear, now only windows. Do I need to do a hard reset to fix my tab? If so how do I do that. I can get into the 'ValleyView B3 Platform' page, but when I try to choose 'Boot Manager' there is no way to select and run it. How can I do a Hard Reset of the i10 Pro? Please help. I love my tablet when it worked. I look forward to your response.

  • Hi! I'm from the Philippines and I was able to buy X10 mini pad with 16 gig memory last March and i've been using the tablet since then but not until this July when the tablet doesn't switch on anymore even with a 10 count press on the power button. It only shows the Ramos x10. Is there a hope that this will still be repaired? and if so, where can I have this repaired here in the Philippines? Or should I just accept my fate and have immense regrets on dwelling into something not worth the investment? Any help from Ramos shall greatly be appreciated, thanks much...

  • My Ramos X10 Minipad is Locked.
    Because I forgot my Pattern.
    Now this say try to log in with email account.
    But I can't.
    To Hard reset my Ramos, I can't go to Setting because it is locked.
    Please help me.
