  • Good morning, I wanted to do a firmware upgrade to ramos w27 but after restarting the recovery menu does not appear, doing with volume - button and power button to start the tablet directly. The firmware that I installed does not turn on wifi. How do I reinstall the original firmware to correct and get back the recovery menu?

    I have done a software reset by going to the setting menu and then going to back up and reset.
    
    I have reset the unit and I have no longer got the pre installed software or the English language

  • Hi there,
    I bought a Ramos w27 early this year.
    Some days ago, I pressed the on/off button to turn it off, and left it on a table.
    When I came back, the LCD was dark, but with the backlight turned on, so I pressed the on/off button again and it turnd off.
    The thing is that from that moment, it never turned on again...
    
    Any idea of what could happent? Or any hard reset that can resolve the problem?

    But because my tablet is blocked, i can't connect my wifi.

  • Hello my name is Pasquale Panarese, about 8 months ago, I bought 2 tablet Ramos W27 from site MYEFOX.com; never worked, they are a real crap!!, Does not connect to wifi even putting it next to the router; youtube you can not see, the videos will be jerky, and the volume is very low, often connecting when you go on the internet on www.google.cn instead of www.google.it, even though I've put in the settings as www.google.it the default page. What should I do since myefox does not give me any answer? I paid for both of the tablet € 270. you have an updated firmware?. I downloaded the firmware version from your site but nothing has changed.
